QUALITY CONTROL FLOW
1. Incoming Inspection
Raw materials, trims, accessories, and fabrics are inspected before production begins to ensure compliance with buyer specifications.
2. In-Line Inspection
Quality inspectors continuously monitor sewing operations to identify and correct defects during production.
3. End Line Inspection
Every completed garment is inspected at the end of the sewing line before being transferred to the finishing department.
4. Final Random Inspection
Finished garments are randomly inspected according to the AQL 2.5 standard before packing and shipment.

Measurement Defects
Checking garment measurements against approved size specifications.
Stitching Defects
Inspection of seam quality, skipped stitches, broken stitches, puckering, and seam alignment.
Fabric Defects
